1/2 Red and Green Pepper
1 lbs Ground Beef
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Whole Tomatoes
1 Can Black Beans
2 Cans Kidney Beans
3 Cans of Pork and Beans (or Beans in Tomatoe Sauce)
1 Tbsp Vinegar

Mild Chili Powder Mix (No Chili Powder Spice)
3 Tbsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp. Cumin
1/2 Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp. Ground Mustard
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Oregano

Chop Onions, Celery and Peppers into small pieces and add to Dutch Oven. Cooking over the fire brown the hamburger with the vegetables, Once the meat is cooked add the canned tomatoes, and various canned beans into the Dutch Oven. Add the vinegar and stir the homemade chili powder into the pot. Stir well until the spices are dissolved into the juices.

To make the mild chili powder, add all the spices together and mix until evenly distributed. Store in a separate container for future use.

Cook over the fire, ensuring enough heat to bring to a boil. Do not over heat.
