Combine and let stand 2 hours:
3/4 cup raisins
2 cups water


1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 egg, well beaten
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp grated lemon zest
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the raisins and water and let set for two hours.

In a saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients. Add the raisins and water. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring occasionally. Cool.
Line a 9 inch pie pan with pastry. Fill with the raisin mixture. Cover with lattice crust. Bake at 425 for 45 minutes.
