12 oz. elbow macaroni
2 jars (15 oz each) light Alfredo sauce
1 pkg (8 oz) reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese, divided
12 strips cooked turkey bacon, chopped
2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups baby arugula

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain. Return macaroni to pot. Stir in Alfredo sauce and 1/2 cheddar cheese until combined.
Stir in turkey bacon, tomatoes, cubed chicken and baby arugula.
Season with salt and pepper. Spoon macaroni mixture into greased 3-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheddar cheese. Cover with greased aluminum foil. To serve: Heat over to 400º. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through, uncovering during last 5 minutes of cooking.
