3/4 pound lean ground beef
3/4 pound mild bulk pork sausage
1/2 large yellow onion, chopped
1 cup ketchup
4 tsp chili powder
3 tsp sweet paprika
2 (15 oz) cans kidney beans, undrained
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup chopped green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Brown beef, sausage and onion in a medium skillet. Drain excess fat. Add ketchup, chili powder, paprika and beans. Mix well.
Place mixture in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle cheese, olives and green onions on top. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese melts. Serve with your favorite chips.
