4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp evoo
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 white onion, sliced thinly
1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Add evoo to small skillet, warm over medium heat; sauté sliced onion for 5 minutes. Place sliced onions on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pyrex. Combine mayonnaise and parmesan in bowl and spread on top of each raw chicken breast which should be placed on top of sautéed onions. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of chicken breasts. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
