Brownies Recipe

12 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
3/4 Cup plus 4 Tablespoons butter
2 Cups Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup chopped walnuts if deired

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over 350º. If using a glass pan, heat oven to 325º
Line 9 X 9 Baking pan with foil. Spray with Pam spray.
In microwave, soften butter but do not overheat.
Stir in cocoa powder til smooth.
Stir in Sugar.
In separate bowl, whip eggs.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Add Flour and nuts, mixing well.

Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick or steak knife comes out with "fudgy crumbs" when inserted into middle of pan.
Cool completely.
Remove foil from pan and put onto cutting board.
Cut into desired pieces.

Options:

For Super chunk brownies: stir in 4 oz chocolate chips with flour and nuts.
For Cake like brownies: Stir in 1\2 Cup milk with eggs AND increase flour to 1 1\2 Cups.
For Extra Fudgy brownies: Increase eggs to 4.
