1 pound ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 small onion, chopped fine
¾ -1 package tube of Town House crackers or Ritz crackers, crushed
½ cup catsup (ketchup)
1 Tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ - ½ cup of milk
Optional: 1-2 stalks celery chopped into small pieces

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
3. Form into loaf and place into baking pan. (May add additional ketchup to top of loaf.)
4. Bake for approximately 1 hour or until done.
5. Allow to set for about 10 minutes before slicing.

Amount of ingredients may be increased as desired. Bread crumbs may be used instead of cracker crumbs if desired. This is just a simple meatloaf that our family likes served with macaroni and cheese and fresh or frozen peas.
