1 stick Imperial margarine, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
2 well rounded cups of flour
2 Tsp baking soda
2 Tsp ground cloves
1/2 Tsp ground ginger
1 Tsp cinnamon
1/4 Tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, allow to cool

Begin with sugar, egg and molasses. Mixing well with electric mixer.

Mix together Dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add them to wet ingredients gradually.

Lastly add in melted butter

Refrigerate until set up (1 hour)

Roll dough into 1 inch or larger balls, place on baking sheet. Flatten tops slightly. Dip into granulated sugar.

Bake at 375º for 8-10 min

Use parchment paper for easier clean up!
