148 grams whole grain GF flour (1 cup flour)
3/4 cups white sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350℉. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, 3/4 cup white sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl stir together milk, oil, and vanilla; add to the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
Spread batter evenly into a greased or parchment lined 9 inch square pan (batter will be thick).

In the same bowl, stir together the remaining sugar, brown sugar and hot water; pour over batter but don't stir.

Bake for 40 minutes or until cake is springy to the touch and there is a thick chocolate sauce underneath. Let stand 15 minutes, then spoon the warm cake into dessert dishes or cut into squares. Top with ice cream or whipped topping, if desired.

Can also be cooked in a slow cooker fro 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours?????
