2 lbs lean ground beef
1 med onion, diced
3 tsp minced garlic
3 cups water
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans diced tomatoes
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oregano
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 cups elbow macaroni - uncooked
cheddar cheese ( 1-2 cups) shredded

Directions:

1. Brown ground beef over med-high heat until cooked. Drain. Add onion and garlic ; saute for about 5 mins. Add water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, soy sauce, oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Stir well. Cover and cook for 15-20 mins.
2. Add the uncooked macaroni, stir well, Cover and simmer for about 30 mins
3. Turn off heat. Add cheddar cheese right before serving.


TIPS- If you like it cheesy add the full 2 cups cheddar.
