2 strips bacon
1 cup minced onion
1 Tablespoon flour
1/2 cup bean liquid
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 package( 9 oz.) frozen cut up beans cooked or 1 can( 1 lb.) green beans or fresh beans cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon until crisp. Remove bacon. Saute onion in bacon fat until soft. Stir in flour. Add liquids and seasonings and bring to a boil. Stir in beans and heat through. Sprinkle with crisp crumbled bacon.
