Peel (or not) and slice Carrots.
Steam in a steamer for a few minutes until cooked.
Pulse in Cuisinart with a few Tablespoons of Cream to get a mashed potato'ish consistency.
Add a shot of Tabasco.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
