Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef 1 egg I cup Japanese style panko breadcrumbs 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 small green bell pepper 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ground pepper

Directions:Prepare the beef by adding all the ingredients and beat the egg first then Add to the mixture. Mix well and patty up the steak the way you want it. If you want large ones it will make 2 or make them smaller and make 4. Place in a well-greased iron skillet and cook until well done (about 15 minutes on each side). |

Ingredients: 2 Tbsp. olive oil, (extra virgin) 1 tsp fresh pressed garlic 1 c. thinly sliced onion 1 c. fresh mushrooms 4 Tbsp. flour ½ c. heavy Cream 2 c. beef broth 1tsp. salt 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning

Directions:Drain the fat from the skillet. In another skillet add the olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and mushrooms to the oil. Just before the onions are tender add garlic and cook until tender add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (1 Tbsp.). Add 4 Tbsp. flour and stir. Brown slightly, then add ½ cup heavy cream, 2 c. beef broth. 1 tsp. salt and pepper. Cook and stir until the gravy has thickened slightly. Pour over steaks and simmer covered 15-20 minutes. Stirring occasionally to keep from sticking. |
