1 – 48 oz. bottle raspberry cranberry juice
1 bottle Spanish red wine, or other semi sweet medium red wine
2 tbs Grand Marnier or orange juice
¼ cup sugar
1 thinly sliced orange
1 thinly sliced lemon
1 cup fresh cranberries (thawed frozen OK)
1 cup fresh raspberries
2 cups club soda, chilled

Directions:

Mix first four ingredients in a large pitcher and stir to dissolve sugar. Add fruit and chill. Stir in club soda just prior to service.

Garnish with citrus rind curls if desired. Serve cold over ice.
