¾ tbs salt (a must)
2 cups hot water
4 quarts milk
1 tbs. vanilla

Place all ingredients in saucepan except vanilla, heat for 5 minutes stirring constantly, remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Recipe is from 8th grade Home Economics.

In the store isle with Mexican/Latin foods, look for Mexican chocolate. It is a round hard item. If you can find it, add it to this recipe. Its is so good. Add cinnamon for Mexican Cocoa!

Serve this in a crockpot on low for a party or heat the crockpot and take it to a tailgate. Don't forget the laddle!
