3-4 lb Vinson Roast
2 tbs oil
2-3 cloves minced garlic
Worcestershire sauce
1 -2 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
Carrots and potatoes, pealed, washed and cut to chunks


Directions:
Directions:
Use a large frying pan or roasting pan with lid.

Add oil to bottom of pan and brown the meat on all sides.

Remove the meat and place on platter. Turn heat to med, add minced garlic. Once garlic is soft and lightly brown, place meat back into pan.

Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce over the meat. Add water, cover and simmer on a low heat for 2-3 hours until tender.

Add carrots and potatoes 40-45 min prior to completion.

Adjust salt and pepper at the end to taste.

Use a Ziplock bag and marinate any game meat in buttermilk overnight. This will tone the "gamey" taste down.
