2½ c. pretzels, crushed

3 tbsp. brown sugar

¾ c. butter

6 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin

2 c. boiling water

16 oz pkg. frozen strawberries, or 3 cups fresh strawberries

8 oz cream cheese

1 c. sugar

8 oz. carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream sugar and butter, add pretzels. Press into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake 10 minutes.

Mix gelatin, water and strawberries and let partially set. Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip and spread over cooked pretzel crust. Pour gelatin on top of cream mixture. Refrigerate until set.
