2 lbs ground beef
1 onion chopped
16 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp salt, divided
1/4 tsp garlic salt
4 Tbs butter
6 Tbs flour
2 cups milk
1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz pkg lasagna noodles, oven ready

Directions:

1. Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain off grease.
2. Stir in tomato sauce. 1/2 tsp salt and garlic salt
3. Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour and 1/2 tsp salt until all butter is absorbed.
4. Pour in milk.
5. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
6. Turn down heat and stir in cheese until melted.
7. Layer noodles, meat and cheese. Repeat
8. Bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes, until bubbly

Traditional Family Recipe. Jerry is not a fan of lasagna but he loves Granna's lasagna. Everybody else loves it too! For a special treat, you can use home made tomato sauce instead of that purchased in the grocery store. I have used left over sauce from the Meatballs and Spaghetti recipe.
