2 pounds salmon steaks
2 tbsp. grated onion
1¼ tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tbsp. butter
¾ cup light cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon in a single layer in a well-greased 12x8x2 dish. Sprinkle with onion, dill weed, salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Pour cream over salmon. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until flakey.
