2 pounds yellow squash
¼ cup melted butter
2 eggs beaten
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
2 tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper
1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash squash, slice and steam until tender. Drain well. Mash and drain again. Stir in all other ingredients. Pour into a greased dish. Top with cracker crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
