2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and cleaned
1 medium can mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. chili sauce
1⅔ cups water
1⅓ cups instant rice
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. chopped chives

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter in a large skillet until golden brown. Add shrimp and mushrooms and cook until shrimp are pink - stirring constantly. Combine salt, petter, chili sauce and water to shrimp mixture. Bring to a boil and stir in rice. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Combine sour cream and flour. Add to rice mixture. Cook until heated through, stirring carefully. Sprinkle with chives.
