Ingredients:  
1 box Bowtie Pasta
Bacon (center cut) 5 strips
3 cloves of garlic
1 carton of fresh baby bella mushrooms
1 large can of whole tomatoes
1 medium onion chopped
1 handful of frozen peas
1 container of mascarpone
extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions and drain. Cook bacon in EVOO until browned. Add onion and garlic - cook till tender. Add mushrooms and tomatoes (chop up). Add mascarpone - heat thoroughly. Add cooked pasta and mix well. Serve and enjoy.
