1 11/2 cups flour
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup beer
2 egg yolks, beaten
6 T dry mustard
6 T water
salt and pepper
2 egg whites, beaten till stiff
Directions:
Directions:
Mix altogether and coat your fish, onion rings whatever you want and deep fry until golden brown.
Make sure u get the egg whites stiff or it will not work well.
