1 cup sugar
2 sticks of margarine,soft
1 egg
1 tsp Vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp Cream of Tarter
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together and drop on a cookie sheet ( use parchment paper if needed) and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes take out before they get crisp
