¼ cup butter
5 eggs
¼ cup flour
½ tsp baking powder
dash of salt
4 ounce can of chopped green chiles
½ pint cottage cheese
½ pound jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 8x8 pan. Beat eggs in a large bowl, then add dry ingredients. Add butter, chiles, cottage cheese and cheese. Mix until well blended. Turn batter into pan and bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake 30 minutes longer. Cut into squares and serve hot.
