Spaghetti and Meatballs Recipe

SAUCE
Two large cans of Tomatoes or Crushed Tomatoes
Parsley
Garlic (about two cloves chopped or 2 tsps dried)
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbsps Dried Oregano
2 tsps Dried Basil
I small can of Tomato Paste (use 2 cans if it is too soupy)
1 package Spaghetti or Macaroni

MEATBALLS
1 pkg of ground beef (about 2 lbs)
2 eggs
dried bread crumbs (about one and a half cups)
Chopped onion
2 tsps of garlic powder

Directions:

SAUCE
Put two cans of Tomatoes into pan
Add the herbs
Mix together and add the tomato paste
Mix well and allow to simmer

MEATBALLS
Put meat into a bowl add eggs bread crumbs and herbs
Mix completely
Roll into medium size meatballs and place in sauce as it is simmering
Cook about 30-45minutes

Prepare Pasta as directed on the pasta box. Keep it a bit firm. Serve with sauce and meatballs
ENJOY

This will easily be enough for 4-6 people. You can make less or freeze left over meatballs for hot meatball sandwiches or just for another dinner

Don't freeze any left over spaghetti. It is awful.
If you keep meatballs ....try them on hard rolls with parmesan cheese over them...YUM!
