2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 tbs salt
½ 14 oz bottle catsup
2 tbs yellow mustard
2 tbs worchestire
1 tbs vinegar
2 tbs sugar
½ cup water
(8 oz can of tomato sauce may be substituted for water and catsup)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion until crumbly . Add remaining ingredients and stir together. Cook on med heat about 20 minutes.

Add more water and tomato sauce if too dry. It should be a little soupy but not run off the bun.


Serve from the pot or place into crockpot.

The recipe came from Great grandpa Parker (1973).

You can double and triple this recipe. Spice it up if you choose. It can go in a crockpot and it is better and cheaper than anything in a can.
