9 eggs
3 cups milk (maybe a little less)
1 ½ tsp dry mustard
¾ lb. bulk sausage (cooked and crumbled)
1 ½ tsp salt
1 1/2 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet, drain, allow to cool. Beat eggs in a large bowl, add remaining ingredients, pour into greased 9 X 12 inch pan, cover and refrigerate overnight.


Remove cover and bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut and serve.
