1 cup milk or buttermilk
2 tbs applesauce
1 cup shredded carrots or 1 8 oz. baby carrots
1 ½ cup oatmeal
½ cup nuts, chopped
½ cup raisins
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp allspice
Little white sugar

Bake at 400 degrees, 20 minutes
