1 lb ground beef
1 egg, beaten
½ c cracker crumbs
2 T catsup
2 T water
1 T Worcestershire sauce
½ onion or less
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except soup; mix well. Form into large patties and roll lightly in flour.

Brown both sides in hot oil. Pour soup and one can water over meat patties and simmer, covered, for 45 minutes.

Serves 4.
