Ingredients:  
Pork tenderloin, have it sliced 1in thick and tenderized. Save out how many pieces you need , I cut them in half they are easier to bread ! Bag and freeze the rest , put 4 or 5 in a bag !
Ritz crackers
eggs
milk
oil

Directions:
Put ritz crackers in a zip lock bag , let out the air and seal . Take and crush up all the crackers I use 1 sleave of crackers at a time ! Pour out into a bowl ! Next break 2 eggs in a bowl and beat them with a fork , add 1/2 cup of milk to the eggs! In large skillet add oil and heat on med , take the tenderloin and dip in eggs and then in the cracker crumbs , repeat this again ! Put in skillet and salt and pepper , Don't cook on too high and turn when brown and let the other side brown !! If you cook too high the pork will not get done in the middle ! Put out on paper towel and don't eat until it is all done !!!!
