1 butternut squash- peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 Tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Toss squash with butter and garlic in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange coated squash o a baking sheet.
Roast in preheated in oven until squash is tender and lightly browned, 30-40 minutes.
