6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1½ tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp onion, grated
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of cayenne pepper and dash of salt.
1 4½ oz (can-drained) or fresh shrimp, cooked.
⅔ cups of salted nuts, chopped.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except for shrimp and nuts.
Break shrimp into pieces and stir into cheese mixture; chill for 30 minutes.
Form into ½ inch balls. Put back into refrigerator and keep chilled until ready to serve.
Just before serving, roll the cheese balls in the nuts.
