4 ½ cups quick oatmeal (not instant)
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup nuts
½ cup honey
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oats, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, and nuts. In small saucepan combine oil, honey, brown sugar and vanilla, heat on low until melted. Mix dry and wet ingredients, spread into two shallow oiled sheet pans.


Bake 20-25 minutes stirring once. Bake 375 degrees. Remove from oven, stir in raisins, cool. Store in a tightly sealed container.



You can also press into a buttered pan and cut into bars.
