1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage
6 ounces pepperoni
3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
16 ounces penne pasta
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Preheat oven 350
Brown the ground beef and drain. Pour crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt over meat and stir to combine. Meanwhile, boil pasta according to package directions. Cook to al dente. Drain pasta. Pour half the pasta on a greased, 9X13 baking dish. Layer half the meat mixture over pasta, half the mozzarella cheese, and half the pepperoni. Layer with remaining ingredients, pasta, meat, cheese, pepperoni. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 additional minutes until bubbly and browned. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and serve.
