3 eggs
2 cups of sugar
1 1/2 cup veg oil
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups of chopped walnuts
3 cups of peeled and chopped raw apples
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Place in a very well greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove immediately from pan. Can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or drizzled with powdered sugar and water mix. Also good served without any topping or a dollop of whipped cream.
