5 lbs freshly ground hamburger
4 tbs salt
2 ½ tsp liquid smoke
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
2 ½ tsp course ground pepper
2 ½ tsp mustard seed

Directions:

Combine thoroughly all ingredients. Place in a covered bowl. Refrigerate for five days, kneading once daily for 5 minutes. On fifth day form into 5 one pound logs.

Bake 6 hours at 200 degrees turning ¼ turn every hour until done.
