1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
1 large can evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 - 9" single crust unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix filling ingredients until smooth. Place in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 350º and continue baking about 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
