1 lb. Ground sausage
1 lb. Ground beef
16oz. Salsa
1 lb. Velveeta brand cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and ground beef in skillet; drain and set aside. Melt together the cheeses stirring until they are smooth and creamy. Add the cooked meat and salsa blend well. Pour into preheated crock pot on low. Serve with chips, toast points, or vegetables. For added kick add hot sauce to taste.
