4 egg yolks
1/4 cup evaporated milk
2 heaping Tablespoons flour combined with 2 cups sugar
Juice of 3 lemons
2 graham cracker crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks. Add 1/4 cup evaporated milk and mix well. Add the flour and sugar combination. Add rest of evaporated milk and juice from 3 lemons. Pour into 2 graham cracker crusts. Place in refrigerator to chill for several hours.
