1 cup wesson oil
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups plain flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 cup prunes (cooked)
3 eggs
1 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs. Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, and spices. Add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk. Add prunes and nuts. Cook 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325.
