12 oz. skinless chicken breast
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 lb. shrimp
1 can beef broth
1 can whole tomatoes
½ cup tomato paste
1 T. Tabasco sauce
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
2 bell peppers
2 celery stalks
½ tsp salt
1½ tsp. dried basil

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the onions, garlic, bell peppers, and celery. cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and slice the sausage. Add all ingredients except for shrimp into crock-pot and cook for 4 hours. Add the cleaned and deveined shrimp and cook an additional 30 minutes. Serve over cooked rice or add cooked rice to the jambalaya until you get the desired consistency. (Pasta can also be substituted for the rice)

** Add additional spices and "heat" to the recipe to make it fit your own taste.
