Directions:
Directions:
1. Roast potatoes

2. Steam carrots, cauliflower, broccoli

3. Grate raw beets and cheese

4. Slice raw tomatoes, wash snap peas.

To serve, layer your bowl as followed:

Roasted potatoes on bottom, then steamed veggies, then grated cheese. Add your fresh veggies: tomatoes and peas. Smother with miso gravy and top with shaved beets to finish.

Any vegetables or meat can be added as per your preferences, and is easily made vegan by removing the cheese. The idea is to have a layered bowl with cooked, warm foods on the bottom and fresh, crunchy veg on top! And miso everywhere. Very important.
