3 packages of large wonton skins
1 packages of fresh mushrooms (chopped)
1 bunch celery ( chop small pieces)
1 onion ( chop small pieces)
2 to 3 about 3/4 cup carrots (chop small pieces)
2 bags Fesh bean sprouts about 9x 12 bag
1 can of water chestnuts (chop small pieces)
2 to 4 skinless boneless good size chicken breasts
1 pound of bacon

For Sauce
Water
Soy sauce ( La choy) or whichever brand you prefer
Ginger
Suger
Corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Cut all your vegetables into small pieces
but keep them in separate bowls .
Cut your chicken into small pieces.
Keep in separate bowls
Cut your bacon into small pieces
Fry up your bacon pieces slowly when
crispy drain any extra grease.
Add chicken and cook until no longer pink .
Fry for about five minutes.
Add mixer 1 cup mostly water add soy sauce ,ginger ,sugar
Mix those ingredients together. Add to Bacon and chicken
Summer for 2 minutes add celery, onion,carrots
Cook till almost done - but still crispy stir frequently on high heat
When ready add sprouts water chestnuts stir frequently
for another 5 minutes.stir in mushrooms.
At this time you can start heating up your oil for deep frying your eggrolls
Use cornstarch and water to take one large wonton skin
1 tablespoon full of the vegetables and meat mix . Follow wrapping directions and package
