1 Head of cauliflower
3 Cucumbers
6 Tomatoes
2 Bunches of Cilantro
3 Limes
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil or steam the cauliflower for 15 min
In a large bowl, chop all other ingredients - Set aside
Chop the cauliflower into very small pieces
Mix all together and add lime juice, salt & pepper to taste

Eat with tortilla chips, tostada's or with your favorite cracker
