To make sauce you need
One pounds thick cut bacon
1 Polska kielbasa sausage
1 medium-size White onion
1 medium size green pepper
Pepper of you choice
2 Roman tomatoes
1 big can of tomato sauce
To eat with
Eggs
Tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into half .once you have Fried
your bacon drain any extra grease.put bacon on a plate .
with the paper towel wipe the pan clean.
Take the sausage and cut it into bite-size pieces .
Put cook bacon back in to pan along with sausage.
Cut onion, green peppers ,your choice of pepper,
in to chunks along with tomato sauce into pan
with Bacon and sausage
Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
At this time cut the two Roman tomatoes
Into then wedges and put them in the pan with sauce.
Enjoy with sunny side up eggs and some tortillas.

I try to find the bacon that has more meat less fat.
I also cut some fat off so I don't have a lot of grease
in my pan which makes my sauce not as greasy.
