Add to bread maker:

One cup water plus an additional 2 tablespoons
One tablespoon olive oil
Three tablespoons honey
Three cups bread flour (King Arthur is best)
Two teaspoons bread machine yeast (put inside a divot in the flour)
Top with one cup dried or fresh cranberries
One cup chopped walnuts

Run machine on Dough cycle
Remove dough and place on flour coated counter or pan
Separate and form into two loaves
Place in two different buttered loaf pans
Let rise for 30 min (I put mine away in the microwave)
Bake at 350 for 25 min or until golden
