2/3 cup peanut butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup honey
1 egg
2 ¼ cups Bisquick baking mix
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanut butter, sugar, honey and egg. Mix in remaining ingredients. Divide dough into two halves; shape each half into a roll about 1 ½ inches in diameter. Wrap and refrigerate at least 8 hours.

Heat oven to 400°F. Cut rolls into 1/8 to ¼ inch slices. Place about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, about 8 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
