Ingredients:  
1 375 gr package Schnediers Original Grill'ems, cut into rounds (any kind of sausage)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup sweet potato, small dice
2 cups Brussel sprouts, halved
I also add Mushrooms
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat
Brown sausage until cooked
Transfer to a plate and keep warm
Add sweet potato and Brussel sprouts to skillet
Stirring often cook for about 10 minutes or until vegetables are browned and softened
Add chicken stock to deglaze pan and allow the vegetable's to steam in the liquid
Add mushrooms
Add garlic and seasoning and stir well to combine
Return sausage to skillet and heat through. Garnish with feta cheese
