Directions:
Cut the top off the round loaf and save top. Greadually hollow out the bread leaving approx 1 inch of thickness. Line bottom of the loaf with several slices of Provolone cheese. Then proceed to fill the remainder of the loaf alternating meats, cheeses, tomatoes, onion, etc....occasionally drizzling with Parmesan cheese, EVOO and/or roasted tomato juices.

Once the load is full, replace the top. Wrap sandwich in plastic wrap and place on cookie sheet. Cover the wrapped sandwich with a towel and place the cinder block on top of sandwich and store in a cool place (i.e. Refrigerator or cooler) for several hours, preferably overnight. When ready to "chow down", slice into manageable pieces and ENJOY!!

Another popular tailgate item!

A little known fact is that this recipe calls for feta cheese. Somehow that has never made its way into the one that Aunt Robin makes!
